REVIEW

I love the moment where they regain some ground & hope for humanity. That’s a strong one.

The rest of this volume is mostly backstory from the 104th Training Corps. It hits differently when you already know what’s going to happen with these characters. I was shouting “traitor!” and “I don’t like you, I know what you’re planning to do” at different points.

I wish the flashback came earlier in the story (the timing of it always felt a little awkward to me, the jumping back and forth so much) but I appreciate it nonetheless.

I like Sasha, she’s funny.
